Abstract
The sheet connection device () includes: adhesive rollers (); a joining unit () and a cutting unit (); and feed rollers (). The cutting unit () is capable of forming a connected end portion (SE) by cutting the second bonding sheet (S). The adhesive rollers () separate the first bonding sheet (S) into an adhesive sheet (SA) and a release sheet (SP) to form a separated portion () by feeding the first bonding sheet (S) while holding a connecting end portion (SE) of the first bonding sheet (S). The feed rollers () inserts the connected end portion (SE) into the separated portion () by feeding the second bonding sheet (S) toward the connecting end portion (SE). The joining unit () connects the connecting end portion (SE) and the connected end portion (SE) to each other by adhesion or welding.
