Abstract
Provided is a security device for securing a substrate comprises at least one connection device, and at least one output device. The security device is configured to be connected to the substrate via the connection device. The output device is configured to emit at least one output signal. The output signal is outputted to an outside of the security device when the connection device and the output device are coupled to one another. A change in the coupling between the connection device and the output device results in a change in the output signal or in an absence of the output signal, and wherein the change in the output signal or the absence of the output signal is indicative of a manipulation of the security device and/or of the substrate.
