Disclosed areANU-301 strain (Accession Number: KACC49929), and ANU-301 strain (Accession Number: KACC49929) and a composition for controlling bacterial plant diseases using the culture filtrate. Since the strain or culture filtrate, according to the present disclosure, enhances the stress resistance of plants, it enables sustainable agriculture to eliminate or minimize the use of chemical pesticides.
