Abstract

An OLED display substrate, a method of manufacturing the same and an OLED display apparatus are provided, and the display substrate includes a substrate base; a device layer including OLED light-emitting devices; an encapsulation layer on respective sides of the OLED light-emitting devices away from the substrate base; a black matrix layer on a side of the encapsulation layer away from the substrate base, the black matrix layer including openings; and a color filter layer on a side of the black matrix away from the substrate base, the color filter layer including color filters correspondingly provided on respective sides of the openings away from the substrate base, the color filters include working color filters and at least one common color filter; area of each common color filter on the substrate base is more than 50 times as large as area of any working color filter on the substrate base.
