Abstract

An organic light emitting device, a display substrate and a display apparatus are provided, wherein the organic light emitting device comprises an anode, an organic light emitting layer, a first transition protective layer and a cathode which are stacked sequentially; the organic light emitting layer comprises a hole injection layer, a light emitting material layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer; and a first transition protective layer is disposed between the electron injection layer and the cathode, and forms a PN junction with the electron injection layer.
