Abstract

Embodiments of the disclosure provide a video conference evaluation method and system. The method includes: in response to determining that a first electronic device has participated in a video conference, collecting network health information, and obtaining a transceiving state with respect to a multimedia signal; in response to determining that the network health information indicates that a network quality of the video conference is unsatisfying, obtaining a first signal segment of the multimedia signal according to the transceiving state with respect to the multimedia signal; obtaining a first specific signal feature of the first signal segment, and transmitting the first specific signal feature of the first signal segment; and providing a conference quality notification based on reception of anomalous information associated with the multimedia signal.
