Abstract
The present invention provides compounds useful as mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mtPTP) inhibitors, the compounds being of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein Ris selected from the group of H, halogen, and C-Calkyl; and Ris selected from the group of H, CF, and halogen; with the proviso that at least one of Rand Ris halogen or CF.
