The present invention relates to a bioprocess bagcomprising a bag wall defining an enclosed volume for holding biomaterials. The bag wall comprises at least one inlet portand at least one outlet port. The bioprocess bagalso comprises a tube structurecomprising a first opened-end proximate the bag wall and a second distal end, the tube extending into the enclosed volume, and the tube structurecomprising a reinforced portionproximate the first opened-end.
