Abstract
A computing device may determine, via ultra-wideband ranging, that the computing device is proximate to a second computing device paired with the computing device. The computing device may determine that the second computing device is abie to perform ultra-wideband ranging with a particular set of one or more devices. The computing device may, in response to determining that the computing device is proximate to the second computing device and that the second computing device is able to perform ultra-wideband ranging with the particular set of one or more devices, set an ultra-wideband component of the computing device to a power-saving mode.
