Abstract
According to a first embodiment, a method may include transmitting, by a first user equipment, at least one sidelink failure indication using at least one sidelink failure recovery-specific configuration. The method may further include receiving, by the first user equipment, at least one sidelink failure response. The method may further include determining, by the first user equipment, at least one source-specific sidelink recovery mode associated with the at least one sidelink failure recovery-specific configuration.
