Abstract
Provided is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery heat-resistant layer containing a particulate polymer that includes a cyano group-containing monomer unit and a hydroxyl group-containing monomer unit and for which a value (M/S) obtained by dividing a value Mof a mole fraction of the hydroxyl group-containing monomer unit in the particulate polymer by a value S (μm) of surface area of the particulate polymer is 0.40 or more.
