Abstract
Provided is a semiconductor device which includes: a base layer; a 1metal line and a 2metal extended in a 1direction and arranged in a 2direction, intersecting the 1direction, in a 1layer above the base layer; and a bridge metal pattern extended in the 2direction to connect the 1metal line and the 2metal line in a 2layer immediately above the 1layer.
