Abstract

Disclosed are systems and methods for supporting safe vehicle use. Specifically, machine learning is applied to identify and accumulate data from electronic services. The machine learning is further used to identify risk associated with a potential use of a vehicle. The identified risk is a basis for safety customizations of the vehicle, based upon capabilities of the vehicle.
