Abstract
The present invention covers new isoquinoline compounds of general formula (I): in which A, R, R, R, R, R, R, and Q are as defined herein, methods of preparing the compounds, intermediate compounds useful for preparing the compounds of formula (I), pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising the compounds of formula (I) and the use of the compounds of formula (D) for manufacturing pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment, control and/or prevention of diseases, in particular of helminth infections, as a sole agent or in combination with other active ingredients.
