Abstract

Provided is an aerosol generating device including: a heater, a housing including an accommodation portion into which an aerosol generating article is inserted, an electrode apart from the aerosol generating article inserted into the accommodation portion and located to correspond to at least a part of the aerosol generating article, and a processor electrically connected to the heater and the electrode. In addition, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
