A reception control apparatus () accommodates a plurality of terminal apparatuses () to be used by each of a plurality of users and a reception apparatus () receiving a visitor, and includes a scheduled visit database () that can be registered by associating authentication information of a scheduled visitor with the user, an acquisition unit () acquiring authentication information of a visitor from the reception apparatus () when the visitor visits, a calling unit () calling a selected terminal apparatus among the plurality of terminal apparatuses (), based on a collation result between the acquired visitor's authentication information and the registered authentication information of the scheduled visitor, and a registration unit () registering, in the scheduled visit database (), the acquired visitor's authentication information in association with the user of the terminal apparatus (), based on a response result of the terminal apparatus () for the call.
