Abstract
The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a control method therefor and, more specifically, to a mobile terminal and a control method therefor, the mobile terminal comprising: a body; an input unit for receiving a user input; a display coupled to the body so that a display area viewed from the front of the body can vary according to switching between an expanded display mode and a reduced display node; and a control unit, wherein the control unit outputs a plurality of application layout icons onto the display, aligns the plurality of application layout icons on the basis of a preset standard, and outputs an application onto the display on the basis of a first application layout icon from among the plurality of application layout icons in response to receiving a first signal for selecting the first application layout icon.
