Abstract
A compensation waler assembly () for connecting and aligning a pair of formwork panels () with each other is disclosed. The compensation waler assembly () includes a first bar (-), a second bar (-) disposed above the first bar (-), and a pair of hook sub-assemblies () disposed between the first bar (-) and the second bar (-). Each hook sub-assembly () is adapted to be engaged with one of the pair of formwork panels (). Each hook sub-assembly () includes a hook-shaped portion () formed at one end of the hook sub-assembly () and adapted to be removably engaged with a slot formed in the respective formwork panel (). The hook sub-assembly () further includes a distal portion () formed at the opposite end of the hook sub-assembly () and comprising a slot (), and a locking component () adapted to be accommodated in the slot () to secure the hook sub-assembly () on the respective formwork panel ().
