Abstract
Disclosed is a novel piperidinedione compound of Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Uses of the novel piperidinedione compound of Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an anti-tumor agent or an immunomodulatory for treatment of CRBN protein-mediated diseases are disclosed.
