Abstract

An organic electroluminescent device, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The organic electroluminescent device comprises: an anode () and a cathode () arranged opposite to each other, an organic electroluminescent layer () located between the anode () and the cathode (), and an electron blocking layer () located between the anode () and the organic electroluminescent layer (); the organic electroluminescent layer () comprises: a first sub luminescent layer (), and a second sub luminescent layer () located between the cathode () and the first sub luminescent layer (). The first sub luminescent layer () is composed of a luminescent host material (Host), a luminescent object material (Dopant), and a hole trapping material (Trap). The second sub luminescent layer () is composed of the luminescent host material (Host) and the luminescent object material (Dopant).
