Abstract
A service is utilized by a wireless communication device (). For this service, the wireless communication device () simultaneously maintains a first data path () and a second data path () to a wireless communication network. The first data path () has a first QoS level, and the second data path () has a second QoS level that is different from the first QoS level. The wireless communication device () selects one of the first data path () and the second data path () for transmitting content of the service while the other of the first data path () and the second data path () is maintained in an inactive state.
