Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink transmission characteristics confirmation method, includes: obtaining, by a terminal, first information, wherein the first information includes information reported by the terminal to a network side device or information received by the terminal from the network side device; determining uplink transmission characteristic of the terminal, wherein the uplink transmission characteristic is an antenna panel for the uplink transmission determined by terminal according to the first information, or the uplink transmission characteristic is determined by the terminal according to the first information and second information, and the second information includes panel relationship information of the terminal.
