A wireless identification tag () for embedding into a surface () of a concrete processing work tool (), the wireless identification tag comprising processing circuitry arranged on a carrier member for wireless communication with a corresponding reader (), wherein the carrier member is arranged at least partially embedded into an enclosing material (M) having a Shore A hardness between 40 and 100, wherein one or more positioning elements are arranged extending out from the carrier member to position the carrier member in the enclosing material.
