Abstract
Techniques are described herein for determining whether entities are eligible to transition from a secured transfer medium to an unsecured transfer medium. A set of entities can be identified where the set of entities each have a respective secured transfer medium assigned after providing a respective portion of entity resources. Each secured transfer medium can have a respective resource usage threshold equivalent to the respective portion of entity resources. An entity of the set of entities can be evaluated to determine whether to transition the entity to the unsecured transfer medium. The entity can be evaluated based on an evaluation indicator associated with the entity and a set of criteria related at least in part to resource usage of the entity. Based on determining to transition the entity to the unsecured transfer medium, a graduation request can be transmitted to initiate a transition to the unsecured transfer medium.
