Abstract
Rigidified pentadentate chelating agents of Formulae (I) and (II), which are useful for the [AlF]labelling of biomolecules are provided. The rigidified pentadentate chelating agents are used to form coordination complexes with [AlF], which are particularly advantageous for use as tracers in molecular imaging techniques.
