Abstract
Various implementations include systems and methods to recommend inventory, such as hardware inventory, software inventory, and default configurations, for conference rooms based on telemetry data. Telemetry data may include any data regarding use of hardware and software in the conference room. A cloud-based agent may analyze the telemetry data to make recommendations to add or remove hardware, renew or not renew applications, and to change default settings if appropriate.
