Abstract
A server device () that contributes to resolving congestion in an event venue or the like is provided. The server device () includes a calculation unit () and an instruction unit (). The calculation unit () calculates a degree of congestion of a monitored facility which is a facility to be monitored for a congestion state. The instruction unit () determines, based on the degree of congestion of the monitored facility, whether or not the monitored facility is congested. When the monitored facility is congested, the instruction unit () instructs a staff member in a venue including the monitored facility to resolve the congestion of the congested monitored facility.
