Abstract
A delivery management server performs: receiving an article ID identifying an article being an operation object of a worker and a worker ID identifying the worker from a smart glasses structure; extracting delivery history information associated with a delivery destination ID associated with the received article ID; determining whether the worker ID received at present is identical to a previous worker ID of a worker having previously delivered to a delivery destination associated with the delivery destination ID in the extracted delivery history information; extracting delivery destination peculiar information which is peculiar to the delivery destination associated with the delivery destination ID and is about a delivery of an article when the worker ID received at present and the previous worker ID are not identical to each other; and sending the extracted delivery destination peculiar information to the smart glasses structure.
