Abstract
A Smith Machine, having a pair of reversible bottom support brackets that can be mounted in a first position such that the upright assembly is in a first upwardly extending orientation or in a second position such that the upright assembly is in a second upwardly extending orientation so as to vary the lifting angle of the Smith Machine, and a pair of upright assemblies providing safety latches that can each be mounted in forward or backward facing orientations such that the user can select the rotation to lock a lift bar in position.
