Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. The array substrate includes a substrate layer, a gate layer, a first insulation layer, a second insulation layer, an active layer and a source-drain layer. The gate layer is disposed on a substrate layer. The first insulation layer is disposed on the substrate layer and covers the gate layer. The second insulation layer is disposed on a surface of the first insulation layer away from the gate layer. The active layer is disposed on a surface of the second insulation layer away from the first insulation layer. The source-drain layer is disposed on the first insulation layer and electrically connected to the active layer. A material of the first insulation layer comprises a silicon nitride, and a material of the second insulation layer comprises a silicon oxide.
