Abstract
Proposed is an additive for an electrolyte solution to improve the electrochemical properties of a lithium secondary. Especially, an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery includes: a lithium salt; a solvent; and a functional additive, wherein the functional additive includes 1,2-bis(maleimido)ethane, represented by the following formula 1: The electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery includes: an electrolyte salt and an organic solvent, wherein the electrolyte solution further comprises, as additives, vinylene carbonate (VC) represented by the following Formula 1, and a compound represented by the following Formula 2, (5-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-(3-((trimethylsilyl)oxy)propyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonitrile):
