Abstract
A driving circuit includes: a display driver configured to generate a vertical synchronization signal; and a sensor driver configured to determine a driving frequency by using the vertical synchronization signal, wherein a pulse polarity of the vertical synchronization signal is inverted when the driving frequency is changed.
