Abstract
A method may include retrieving, via a processor of a computing system, insurance information associated with a user and receiving one or more alerts regarding an event that will occur within a determined radius of one or more properties within a period of time. The computing system may then determine a list of actions for the user to perform on the property based on the event and send the list of actions to a computing device associated with the user. Based on whether the user completes the list of actions, a premium rate of the user may be adjusted.
