Abstract

A culturing membrane comprising a support provided by a mesh with holes filled with extracellular matrix proteins, as well as a method of producing a culturing membrane made of components found in a basal membrane, comprising the steps of using a mesh having holes; and providing a solution with the components found in the basal membrane on the mesh.
