Abstract

An osteotomy guide () guides cutting of a bone (). The guide () has an anterior end () and a posterior end () that are spaced from one another along a transverse direction. The guide () has an inner surface () that faces the bone (), and an outer surface () opposite the inner surface () along an outer direction (D). The guide () includes a transverse guide surface () that extends along a transverse axis (A) along the transverse direction so as to define a transverse cutting path into the bone (). The guide () includes an ascending guide surface () that extends along an ascending axis (A) along an ascending direction so as to define an ascending cutting path into the bone (). The transverse and ascending axes (A,A) intersect one another.
