Abstract

A system () for treating the air in the cabin of a vehicle includes a casing, an air conditioning apparatus, a filtering device () an RFID tag () containing identification information about the filtering device (). An RFID reader () co-operates with the RFID tag () to read the identification information. A control unit () is connected to the RFID reader () and configured for receiving the identification information and for executing predefined operations as a function of the identification information.
