Abstract
A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate has a display region and a peripheral region, and includes a base substrate. The display region includes a plurality of pixel units and a plurality of signal lines; the peripheral region includes at least one first electrode pattern and a second electrode pattern, the at least one first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern are at least partially overlapped and are spaced apart from and insulated from each other, the peripheral region further includes a gate scan driving circuit configured to provide a gate scanning signal to the plurality of pixel units, the at least one first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern are between the gate scan driving circuit and the display region in a direction parallel to the substrate surface of the base substrate.
