Abstract
The present invention provides a laminate capable of suppressing corrosion of a metal pattern serving as a resonator with respect to electromagnetic waves in a terahertz band, and a method for manufacturing a laminate. The laminate of the present invention includes a dielectric film, a metal pattern serving as a resonator with respect to electromagnetic waves in a terahertz band, which is disposed on at least one surface side of the dielectric film, and an organic film in which a moisture permeability under an environment of a temperature of 40° C. and a relative humidity of 90% is 3000 g/(m·24 hr) or less, which is disposed on the metal pattern.
