Abstract

A mineral substrate includes, on at least one of the surfaces thereof, an inorganic enamel capable of withstanding metallic friction. The inorganic enamel has a total roughness less than or equal to 2 μm, and the edge of the inorganic enamel projecting from the surface of the glass-ceramic substrate has a topographic slope value, expressed as a percentage, less than or equal to 1.4%.
