Abstract
A terminal () includes: a receiving unit () that receives, from a source gNB (A), configuration information of a candidate target cell subordinate to a target gNB (B); and a control unit () that performs a procedure for transition to the target gNB (B) based on the configuration information of the candidate target cell without performing a reestablishment procedure when a radio link failure occurs. The control unit () resumes a radio bearer suspended between the terminal () and the target gNB (B) in a case of performing the procedure for transition to the target gNB (B) based on the configuration information of the candidate target cell.
