Abstract

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may select, from a plurality of slot formats for supporting time division duplexing, a slot format for use during time division duplexing; transmit an information element that includes a half-slot slot-type to identify the slot format for use during time division duplexing; and communicate with a user equipment (UE) in a time division duplexing mode in accordance with the slot format.
