Abstract
A bridge circuit () alternately applies a first voltage and a second voltage having mutually different polarities to a capacitor (). A diode () is connected to one end of the capacitor (). A diode () is connected to another end of the capacitor (). A capacitor () is connected to the diode () and the diode (). A control circuit () controls a plurality of switch elements included in the bridge circuit () in such a way that electric charge stored in the capacitor () moves to the capacitor () via the diode () when a voltage applied to the capacitor () transitions from the first voltage to the second voltage and electric charge stored in the capacitor () moves to the capacitor () via the diode () when a voltage applied to the capacitor () transitions from the second voltage to the first voltage.
