Abstract

A display panel and a display device. The touch signal line is in the non-display region, surrounds the display region, is on a side of the light shielding layer close to the display region, and provides touch signals to the display region; the light shielding line is in the non-display region, surrounds the display region, and is at a side of the touch signal line away from the display region; the light shielding line is along the direction from the display region to the non-display region, the orthographic projections of the first part of the light shielding line and the light shielding layer overlaps each other, and the orthographic projection of the second part of the light shielding line is between the edge of the orthographic projection of the light shielding layer close to the display area and the edge of the touch signal line away from the display area.
