An illumination deviceincludes a reel, a roulette wheel, a motor, an LED tape, a light guide plate, and a control unit. The roulette wheelis provided to the reeland has first graphics formed thereon. The center of rotation of the motoris the center of the roulette wheel. The LED tapeis provided on the front side of the roulette wheeland emits light. The light guide plateis provided on the front side of the roulette wheel, and the light emitted from the LED tapeis incident thereon.
