Abstract
A light deflectorincludes: a mirror sectionthat reflects light; a movable frameprovided in such a manner as to surround the mirror section; a pair of torsion barsandhaving one end of each torsion bar connected to the mirror sectionand the other end thereof connected to the movable frameon a Y-axis; and semi-annular piezoelectric actuatorsandthat are provided on the movable frameand rotate the torsion barsandaround the Y-axis in a reciprocating manner. The torsion barsandeach have a constricted shape in which the transverse width at both end parts is the largest and the transverse width gradually decreases toward the central part thereof in a length direction.
