Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to an artificial turf filament formed from a formulation comprising an ethylene-based polymer having a density 0.900 g/c to 0.955 g/cc and a melt index (12) of 0.1 g/10 min to 20 g/10 min as measured according to ASTM D1238 (at 190 C, 2.16 kg), and one or more polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) components having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of from 10,000 g/mol to 500,000 g/mol, wherein the Mn is measured by Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC).
