Abstract

The film according to an embodiment of the present inventionincludes a synthetic polymer membraneincluding a surface having a plurality of protrusions, and photocatalyst particlessupported on the surface of the synthetic polymer membrane. As the synthetic polymer membraneis seen from a normal line direction, the two-dimensional size of the plurality of protrusionsis more than 20 nm to less than 500 nm. The mean particle diameter of the photocatalyst particlesis preferably 20 nm or more to 1000 nm or less.
