Abstract
A parking management device for a parking lot adjacent to a store that provides a product includes a provision time acquisition unitthat acquires a provision time of a product ordered by a driver driving the vehicle to the store, a parking location determination unit that determines a parking location of the vehicle entering the parking lot based on the provision time acquired by the provision time acquisition unit, and a guidance information generation unit that generates guidance information for guidance of the vehicle to the parking location determined by the parking location determination unit.
