A carrier, has the light sources and the reflectors arranged thereon, and a lens, for projecting light emitted from the light sources and reflected by the corresponding reflectors. The lens is configured to correspondingly form light distributions associated with the reflecting surfaces of the first reflector and the second reflector, and the first light source, the first reflector, the second light source and the second reflector are arranged on the same mounting surface of the carrier.
