Abstract
A device for reagent storage and release includes a body portion and a liquid reservoir portion, wherein the body portion includes a puncturing portion and an accommodation portion that matches the puncturing portion, wherein the accommodating portion is provided with an accommodating groove, and the puncturing portion is configured to puncture the liquid reservoir portion and be received within the accommodating groove. A microfluidic device is also provided.
